Data deletion instructions

Ayatickets allows you to request deletion of your personal data, including data we received via Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.

To delete your account and your data, you can:

Email support@ayatickets.fr with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address or phone number linked to your account; or

Send the message "DELETE MY DATA" to our WhatsApp.

We confirm requests within 72 hours. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

We only keep what the law requires (for example, transaction records for tax obligations and fraud prevention), then we delete it.
