Attendees (Ticket Buyers)
Processing Fees:
USSD Payments: 2.5% of the ticket price
These fees are automatically added during checkout when you opt for USSD payment methods.
Simply dial *365*88# or use the unique USSD code *365*88*youruniqueeventid# that comes with each event for your convenience.
Web and Mobile App (Mobile Money / Card Payments): 4% of the ticket price
A processing fee will be applied when you make a purchase through our website or mobile app using Mobile Money or any credit/debit card.
Event Organizers
Creating an Event: FREE
There is absolutely no cost associated with creating an event on Ayatickets. Plus, every event you create comes with a free USSD code for seamless offline ticketing.
Commission Rate: 10% of Gross Sales
Our commission rate is a flat 10% of your gross ticket sales.
This rate is applied only after you've made sales through our platform.
