Get paid in XAF from your ticket sales
On Ayatickets Cameroon (ayatickets.fr), you sell tickets in XAF (FCFA). When an event date has eligible sales, you can request a payout of your net ticket revenue from the organizer dashboard — including before the event day if you choose (see request a payout before your event ends).
Before you request a payout
- Complete your organizer profile and keep your contact details up to date.
- Add a payout method in Dashboard → Settings → Payout method (Cameroon Mobile Money such as MTN or Orange, or a bank account supported for organizers in Cameroon).
- Confirm the event date shows as eligible in your dashboard (paid sales, no blocking payout already pending).
How to submit a payout request
- Sign in to the organizer dashboard.
- Open Payout requests (or start from the statistics page for a specific event date).
- Select the event date you want to settle.
- Review the net amount in XAF and any service fees shown (see our Pricing and fees page).
- Submit the request. You will receive email updates on status: pending, approved, or canceled.
Processing time and verification
Our team reviews payout requests to protect buyers and organizers. Most requests are processed within a few business days once the event date is eligible. For large amounts, we may contact you to verify details before releasing funds.
