Important Things to Note Before Requesting a Payout
Ticket Sales Will Stop for That Event Date: Once you request a payout, ticket sales for that specific event date will stop. Attendees will no longer be able to purchase tickets for that event date.
Payout Processing Time: Payouts are usually processed within 24-48 hours.
It's crucial to understand that sales for the particular event date will cease immediately after you request a payout.
What to Do Next
To continue selling tickets for the same event after requesting a payout, follow these simple steps:
Edit Your Current Event: Access your event through the web or the Ayatickets Organizer App.
Add a New Event Date: Since you will no longer have access to edit the previous event date (you will see a notification indicating this), scroll down and click on "Add a New Event Date".
Enter Event Details: Input the same details as before, including the date, time, ticket types, prices, etc.
Update and Publish: Click on "Update Event Details" or "Update and Publish" to make your event live again.

- Same USSD Code: Your event USSD code stays the same.
