Understand ticket fees in XAF
Ayatickets Cameroon displays prices in XAF (FCFA). This page explains what you may pay as an attendee and what applies to organizers on ayatickets.fr.
For ticket buyers (attendees)
- The ticket price shown on the event page is set by the organizer.
- At checkout you may see processing or service fees added to your order, depending on the event and payment method.
- Common payment options include Mobile Money (MTN, Orange) and other methods enabled for Cameroon checkout (processed via our local payment partners).
- Before paying, review the order total in XAF on the checkout screen.

For event organizers
- Ayatickets charges a platform service fee on online ticket sales. The rate and any caps are described on our Pricing and fees page and in your organizer agreement.
- When you request a payout, the net amount reflects ticket sales minus applicable service fees and adjustments shown in your dashboard.
- Payouts are made in XAF to your registered Mobile Money or bank details in Cameroon.
Refunds and disputes
Refund rules depend on the event organizer’s policy and the case (canceled event, duplicate charge, etc.). If you were charged but did not receive a ticket, see our help articles in Attending an event or Contact support.
