Requesting a payout before your event ends (Cameroon)

On ayatickets.fr you do not have to wait until after your event to access ticket revenue. Once an event date has paid sales and appears as eligible in your dashboard, you can submit a payout request — even while tickets are still on sale.

Can I request a payout before the event day?

Yes. Many organizers request funds during the sales period to cover production costs. The dashboard will show which event dates you can select.

What happens when you submit a payout request

• The event date is locked for new online sales until the payout is processed or you cancel the request (if it is still pending).
• If you want to keep selling tickets, you can wait until closer to the event start before requesting a payout.
• You can cancel a pending payout request at any time before it is approved, from Payout requests in your dashboard.
• The amount you receive is the net figure shown at confirmation (after the platform commission — see Pricing and fees).

Requirements

• A saved payout method (Mobile Money or bank in Cameroon).
• Paid ticket revenue on that event date (free-only dates cannot request a payout).
• No other pending or approved payout blocking the same event date.
