Scheduled ticket launch
Scheduling your ticket launch keeps purchases closed until the date and time you choose. Attendees see your event page in coming soon mode until sales open.
Before you start
- Event created and published.
- Ticket types and quantities already set under Manage.
Steps
- Go to My events → ⋯ → Advanced settings.
- Under When tickets go on sale, select Schedule for later (not Available now).
- Pick your sales start date and time. Times use the platform timezone shown on the page.
- Click Save.
- Open your public event link to confirm tickets cannot be bought yet.
Sales apply on the website, mobile app, and USSD at the same time.
Add a waitlist
To collect emails before launch, enable ticket alerts — see event waitlist.
Open sales earlier
If plans change, switch to sell tickets immediately or clear the scheduled date in Advanced settings and save.
